Workforce Management / Rostering Business Partner

Our client, Australia’s largest Not-for-Profit Disability Support provider, is seeking an experienced Workforce Management / Rostering Business Partner to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
 
About the Organisation Supporting over 5,600 individuals with complex intellectual, physical, and multiple disabilities, our client operates across Victoria and New South Wales with more than 425 service locations. Their mission is to provide high-quality, person-centered support, and they are committed to fostering an inclusive and dynamic work environment.
 
About the Role As part of a high-performing Workforce Management team, you will play a crucial role in developing Core Rosters for group homes. These rosters are designed in collaboration with:

✔ Operations Business Leaders
✔ People & Culture
✔ Finance
✔ Union Representatives
 
You will ensure alignment with Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs), operational needs and NDIS budgets, making this a highly visible and influential role within the organisation.
 
About You You thrive in fast-paced, complex environments and excel in problem-solving under pressure. While previous experience in a similar role is ideal, we also welcome applications from individuals who can demonstrate:
 
✅ Strong negotiation skills with multiple stakeholders
✅ A solid understanding of EBAs and NDIS funding
✅ The ability to build and maintain relationships in high-pressure situations
✅ Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
