Our client is seeking a Therapeutic Team Leader to oversee and guide their specialist therapeutic team. This role offers the opportunity to provide clinical leadership, support women’s recovery through trauma-informed intervention, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Therapeutic Team in line with feminist principles
- Provide direct therapeutic counselling, risk assessments, and safety planning
- Oversee client case management and intake processes
- Develop and implement evaluation frameworks for therapeutic services
- Build partnerships with external organisations for holistic care
- Support and supervise team members in delivering high-quality care
About You:
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, or Counselling
- Extensive experience in trauma-informed therapeutic intervention
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of DFSV legislation and policies
- Commitment to feminist and social justice principles
- Covid vaccinations up to date
- Working with Children Check
