Are you a passionate leader with expertise in trauma-informed care? Do you want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of women recovering from domestic, family, and sexual violence?

Our client is seeking a Therapeutic Team Leader to oversee and guide their specialist therapeutic team. This role offers the opportunity to provide clinical leadership, support women’s recovery through trauma-informed intervention, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Therapeutic Team in line with feminist principles
  • Provide direct therapeutic counselling, risk assessments, and safety planning
  • Oversee client case management and intake processes
  • Develop and implement evaluation frameworks for therapeutic services
  • Build partnerships with external organisations for holistic care
  • Support and supervise team members in delivering high-quality care

About You:
  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, or Counselling
  • Extensive experience in trauma-informed therapeutic intervention
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of DFSV legislation and policies
  • Commitment to feminist and social justice principles
  • Covid vaccinations up to date
  • Working with Children Check
