We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Stock Controller to oversee the safe and efficient operations of a busy warehouse environment.
This is a hands-on and pivotal role responsible for managing the end-to-end movement of goods - from receiving through to dispatch - ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality at every stage.
Beyond logistics, this role plays an important part in supporting inclusive employment, working closely with support teams to guide and mentor supported employees and participants in a practical work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and supervise staff
- Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods and materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods
- Operate a forklift to load and unload deliveries safely
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and operational procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and report incidents as required
- Support and mentor supported employees, providing on-the-job training and guidance
- Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace culture
Essential Criteria:
- A genuine commitment to inclusion and supporting people with disabilities
- Current Forklift Licence
- Experience in warehouse operations, stock control, and logistics
- Strong computer skills (MS Office; database systems desirable)
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
- Current NSW Driver's Licence
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

- SCHADS 3.1-3.4 salary depending on experience
