Service Delivery Lead

• $98,000 + Super + Salary Packaging
• Permanent Full-Time Monday-Friday Position
• Based in Illawarra working for well-established community-focused NDIS services

Be Recruitment is partnering with a leading disability support provider to recruit a committed Service Delivery Lead for Supported Independent Living services in the Illawarra region.

The Role

You’ll work closely with Team Leaders and Support Workers to ensure high-quality, consistent support is delivered across disability accommodation services. This is a hands-on, highly visible operational role where you’ll be on the floor, coaching teams, supporting day-to-day operations, and ensuring client plans are implemented effectively across multiple homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support across services
• Work closely with frontline staff to coach and build capability
• Support rostering and workforce coordination
• Ensure client plans, compliance, and service standards are consistently met

About You

• Leadership experience within disability, community services, or similar
• Strong understanding of NDIS frameworks, compliance, and service delivery
• Confident working in fast-paced, operational environments
• Passionate about supporting teams and improving service quality

What’s on Offer

• $98,000 + Super + Salary Packaging
• Travel allowance provided
• Ongoing training and development
• Monday–Friday + 1 Saturday in every 4 weeks (with a day off in lieu)
• On-call every 6-8 weeks.
