Our client is expanding, and they’re on the lookout for a proactive, hardworking individual to join their dynamic Head Office team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love problem-solving, and enjoy variety in your work, this role is for you!

About the Role
This high-profile position offers a unique opportunity to work across three key areas of the business, giving you exposure to different departments and making a tangible impact.

�� Rostering & Scheduling (50%) – You’ll manage the weekly roster for in-house NDIS day programs, coordinating around 70 support workers. Think of it as playing Human Tetris—balancing availability, needs, and efficiency!
�� Plan Management Support (25%) – Partnering with the in-house accountant, you’ll ensure participants stay on top of their financial plans. You'll act as the key liaison, bridging the gap between participants and accounting services.
�� Program Coordination (25%) – Help plan and execute incredible community events that support vulnerable individuals. From logistics to delivery, you’ll be at the heart of impactful initiatives.


About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives on staying busy, enjoys improving processes, and embraces technology. You’ll need strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to engage positively across the business.

What You Bring:
✔ Experience in rostering (ideal, but not essential)
✔ Experience working within an NDIS or OOHC support provider (essential)
✔ NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check
✔ Strong communication skills and attention to detail
✔ A positive, self-motivated attitude
