Are you a Provisional Psychologist in your final year of placement looking to step into a role where you can build strong capabilities in assessment, diagnosis and neurodiversity-affirming practice?

We are partnering with a well-established, multidisciplinary paediatric service based in Bella Vista that delivers holistic, family-centred and evidence-based care for children and adolescents. The clinic operates with a clear model of care focused on timely assessments, clear pathways, and ongoing therapeutic support for families .

With a strong focus on neurodevelopmental presentations, this service provides comprehensive assessments across ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), cognitive and learning profiles, alongside tailored therapeutic interventions.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a final-year provisional psychologist to transition into a role that offers:

  • Development in report writing and diagnostic formulation

About You

We are keen to hear from candidates who:
  • Are in their final year of provisional psychology placement
  • Have experience working in a paediatric, neurodevelopmental or similar clinical setting
  • Have exposure to conducting psychological assessments (e.g. cognitive, ASD, ADHD or behavioural assessments)
  • Have a strong interest in neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based practice
  • Are confident engaging with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Are motivated to build their career in child and adolescent mental health and assessment
