This is an autonomous, hands-on role focused on coordinating maintenance works, managing contractors, and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Lead, you will work as part of a small team of 4 and take ownership of a regional portfolio, managing both responsive and planned maintenance works.
You will play a key role in ensuring properties remain safe, compliant, and fit for purpose, while delivering strong outcomes for tenants and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate responsive repairs and planned maintenance projects
- Manage and monitor contractors, suppliers, and work quality
- Undertake property inspections and identify required works
- Support vacant upgrades and minor maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with WHS, risk, and asset management frameworks
- Maintain accurate records using the system
- Experience in property management/maintenance, trades, or asset management
- An understanding of responsive and planned maintenance
- Proven ability to manage contractors and coordinate works
- Highly organised, able to work autonomously and manage priorities
- Strong communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Trade qualification (desirable) but not essential, as this is more of a coordination/project coordination role +
- White Card & Driver's Licence
- Autonomous role with strong team support
- Company vehicle (work and personal use)
- 1 RDO per month
- $300 annual wellbeing allowance
