The Tenancy Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in relation to all aspects of tenancy management for an allocated portfolio of properties and tenancies. 

Previous experience required:
  • Demonstrated residential tenancy/property management experience in private Real Estate or in the Social Housing Sector or Case Management 
  • Commitment to sustaining tenancies by assessing capacity and changing needs and facilitating referrals to relevant support services.
  • Commitment to enhanced community and tenant engagement programs by promoting and supporting the implementation of relevant programs throughout the portfolio.
  • Proven experience in being organised with strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • NSW Driver’s License (access to pool cars available)
  • Subject to a satisfactory National Criminal History Check & WWCC
  • Vaccinated with 2+ COVID-19 vaccinations required
  • Certificate IV in Social Housing / Property Services or related fields such as community services
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the needs of social housing tenants
