About Our Client:
Our client is a renowned provider of social services committed to reducing homelessness and strengthening communities. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small multidisciplinary team across Housing Services, Maintenance, and Community Engagement.
  • Oversee approximately 140 tenancies onsite
  • Oversee compliance with internal and external policies, KPIs, and financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
  • Senior operational experience, ideally in the social housing sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams, drive performance, and achieve results.
  • Knowledge of social housing systems, contract compliance, and risk management.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship management, and customer service skills.
  • Strong reporting, budget management, and Excel skills.
