Wellbeing Practice Lead to provide leadership, coaching, and practice development for service delivery staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Mentor and support well-being coaches using the Collaborative Recovery Model on-site in Western Sydney
- Lead reflective practice, team meetings, and staff development
- Provide direct support to visitors and oversee group programs
- Coordinate needs assessments and intake with clinical staff
- Develop partnerships with hospitals, health providers, and community organisations
- Promote engagement and participation in programs
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to service evaluation
What You Bring:- Lived experience of recovery (mental health, AOD, trauma, or caregiving)
- Previously worked as a Peer Support Worker
- Ability to role-model recovery-oriented and trauma-informed practice and or completed IPS Training
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills (or willingness to develop)
- Understanding of mental health systems and service navigation
- Integrity, credibility, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Valid Australian Driver’s License & NSW Working with Children’s Clearance
