About the Organisation:
This community-led initiative, co-designed with women with lived experience and experts, provides free, long-term support for women recovering from domestic, family, and sexual violence.

About the Role:
We seek a dynamic woman to lead research, knowledge translation, and integration of lived expertise across all programs. You will:
  • Co-create policies and programs with lived experience insights
  • Drive innovative funding and impact evaluation initiatives
  • Deliver compelling reports showcasing program effectiveness
  • Lead a collaborative, high-performing team
  • Shape strategic research agendas addressing gender-based violence
About You:
  • Qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in knowledge translation and program design
  • Expertise in domestic, family, and sexual violence research
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Desirable:
  • Experience in the not-for-profit sector
  • Understanding of trauma impacts
  • Fluency in a language other than English
  • Experience working with diverse communities
