This community-led initiative, co-designed with women with lived experience and experts, provides free, long-term support for women recovering from domestic, family, and sexual violence.
About the Role:
We seek a dynamic woman to lead research, knowledge translation, and integration of lived expertise across all programs. You will:
- Co-create policies and programs with lived experience insights
- Drive innovative funding and impact evaluation initiatives
- Deliver compelling reports showcasing program effectiveness
- Lead a collaborative, high-performing team
- Shape strategic research agendas addressing gender-based violence
- Qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field
- Extensive experience in knowledge translation and program design
- Expertise in domestic, family, and sexual violence research
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector
- Understanding of trauma impacts
- Fluency in a language other than English
- Experience working with diverse communities
