About the Role
The Client Service Officer will be the first point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and members of the public, providing high-quality customer service across a range of housing inquiries. You will be responsible for ensuring that all clients receive accurate information and support, managing incoming and outgoing calls, resolving issues, and escalating complex matters when necessary. Additionally, you will assist with administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the Customer Hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by managing inquiries efficiently and respectfully.
- Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across various systems.
- Handle complex cases, providing support and escalating when necessary.
- Assist in a range of administrative tasks, including file management, work order submissions, and system updates.
- Previous experience working in customer service or a call centre
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong administrative skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage a high volume of inquiries and maintain attention to detail.
- A commitment to upholding dignity and respect in all interactions.
- Positive subject to a police check
- Salary $75,964.00 plus super + salary packaging
