Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community-focused strategies & programs to meet the evolving resident needs of both general residents and those who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.
- Foster partnerships with external organizations to enhance support services through education, health or other community events and programs
- Collaborate with the operations teams to drive participation in initiatives, including health & wellbeing
- Facilitate dialogue with residents and stakeholders.
- Enhance outreach efforts through stakeholder engagement and feedback.
- Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent*
- 2-3+ years in relationship management or community engagement, such as case management, (casework) housing management, or similar
- Experience in human services (preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- NSW driver’s license, 2 COVID-19 vaccinations, and police check/WWCC.
- Location: Western Sydney, Ryde, or Northern Sydney region
- Work from home available
- 35-hour workweek
- Work with a supported team of 6 within a larger NfP
