- $65.00 to $72.15 per hour + Super + salary packaging up to $18,500

About the Role
You will provide clinical leadership, supervision, and day-to-day management to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality, recovery-focused support for young people and their families. The role sits within a well-established early psychosis framework, focused on improving long-term functional outcomes and reducing the impact of psychosis through early intervention.
You will play a key role in:
- Leading and supporting clinicians through supervision, coaching, and performance development
- Overseeing service delivery, ensuring best practice and compliance with clinical frameworks
- Driving collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Supporting continuous improvement, data reporting, and program outcomes
- Managing risk, clinical governance, and complex case decision-making
You are a confident and compassionate leader who can balance clinical excellence with operational oversight.
You will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g. Social Work, Psychology, OT, Nursing, Counselling)
- Registration or eligibility with a relevant professional body (APRHA or AASW)
- Demonstrated leadership experience in mental health settings, ideally with young people or early psychosis
- Proven leadership experience, including supervision of multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of evidence-based, recovery-oriented practice
- Highly developed communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
- Lead within a high-impact, early intervention, outreach mental health service
