About You
You are a confident and compassionate leader who can balance clinical excellence with operational oversight.

You will bring:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g. Social Work, Psychology, OT, Nursing, Counselling)
  • Registration or eligibility with a relevant professional body (APRHA or AASW)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in mental health settings, ideally with young people or early psychosis
  • Proven leadership experience, including supervision of multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based, recovery-oriented practice
  • Highly developed communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills

  • Influence service delivery and outcomes at both individual and system level
  • Work within a values-driven organisation focused on community impact and social justice
  • Salary packaging that increases take-home pay
  • Extra paid leave each year
  • Ongoing training and leadership development opportunities
  • Collaborative, multidisciplinary and values-driven team culture
