About the role:

Join our clients dynamic team as a Clinical Lead in the stunning Lismore area! We're seeking an experienced professional to lead their multidisciplinary health team in delivering exceptional services.

Your role will involve providing clinical oversight and positive leadership to ensure seamless collaboration within the team. Foster a robust clinical governance culture, encouraging accountability and continuous improvement. Manage clinical mental health services, conducting triage, assessments, and coordinating therapeutic interventions.

About you:
  • Formal tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, occupational therapy, nursing or other clinical discipline related to mental health
  • Accredited registration with the relevant accreditation body (APRHA, AASW)
  • Proven clinical experience in complex mental health service delivery
  • Successful leadership and coordination of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care
  • Current Working with Children Check and Police check
  • Valid Driver’s license
