Leading a team of multidisciplinary clinicians for an established NGO in the Western Sydney area.

Please note:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of clinicians providing clinical assessments, risk assessments, and collaborative care plans.
- Facilitate access to appropriate clinical and community services for clients.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to the team.
- Coordinate, plan, implement, and troubleshoot service delivery for intake, triage, and brief interventions.
- Foster strategic partnerships within the community.
- Play a key role in service development, evaluation, and improvement.
- Participate in shift work, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Social Worker, Registered Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Registered Nurse with a current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration (essential) or AASW.
- Experience working in cross-cultural settings
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Formal tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy) may also consider Counselling with PACFA membership and relevant experience.
