  • Leading a team of 6 Clinicians
Leading a team of multidisciplinary clinicians for an established NGO in the Western Sydney area.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of clinicians providing clinical assessments, risk assessments, and collaborative care plans.
  • Facilitate access to appropriate clinical and community services for clients.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to the team.
  • Coordinate, plan, implement, and troubleshoot service delivery for intake, triage, and brief interventions.
  • Foster strategic partnerships within the community.
  • Play a key role in service development, evaluation, and improvement.
  • Participate in shift work, including days, evenings, and weekends.
Qualifications
  • Social Worker, Registered Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Registered Nurse with a current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration (essential) or AASW.
  • Experience working in cross-cultural settings
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Formal tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy) may also consider Counselling with PACFA membership and relevant experience.
