Our client is seeking a Client Support Team Leader to lead a dedicated team providing case management, advocacy, and holistic support services to women facing complex social and legal challenges.

About the Role:
  • Lead and mentor the Client Support Team
  • Provide case management, risk assessments, and safety planning
  • Advocate for and support women in accessing legal and social services
  • Develop and implement frameworks for monitoring client progress
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and partner organisations
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, or Counselling
  • Experience leading a team in a community-based setting 
  • Strong knowledge of trauma-informed and feminist approaches
  • Commitment to social justice and empowering women
  • Ability to build partnerships and work with diverse communities
